Terms of use
Last updated: 31 May 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, ordering funnel, and client portal operated by Accounts Bridge(“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. The services
We provide UK company formation, registered office and address services, and related compliance products, together with an online account for managing your orders. Some services are delivered with the help of third parties, including Companies House and our payment and verification providers.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and keep it current. You are responsible for the accuracy of details submitted to Companies House on your behalf.
- Use the services lawfully, and not for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Fees and payment
Prices are shown before checkout and may include statutory fees and VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of order unless stated otherwise. Recurring services renew until cancelled in line with the plan you select. Statutory fees paid to third parties such as Companies House are generally non-refundable once submitted.
4. Third-party submissions
Where we file or submit information on your behalf, we act as your agent. We are not responsible for decisions, processing times, or rejections made by Companies House or other authorities, but we will use reasonable care in preparing and submitting your application.
5. Liability
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page. We may suspend or end access to the services where you breach these Terms or where required by law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
